Pedro Johnson is a writer from Vancouver, BC. He is known for his lyrical poems that have been set to music and performed by various international musicians. He is a frequent collaborator of Ella Korth, who has composed melodies to most of his English-language poems. One of these, called "Dancing On My Own" will appear on her forthcoming debut bluegrass album, Friendship & Longing. Because You Don’t Fade marks the first time that a collection of the Poems of Pedro Johnson has been released as songs. The three-track single is a precursor to an upcoming full-length album. For his poems written in Ancient Greek, he has collaborated with world-renowned lyre player, Lina Palera.
